1.2 Express Shipping​

For those who need their products sooner, we offer express shipping. With express shipping, your order will be prioritized, and delivery usually occurs within 1 – 3 business days. However, please note that express shipping comes at an additional cost, which will be clearly displayed at the checkout.​

1.3 Freight Shipping​

For large and bulky fitness equipment such as multi – station gyms or heavyweight benches, we use freight shipping. Freight shipping may take 5 – 10 business days depending on your location. This method ensures the safe transportation of large items, and our team will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you.​

2. Shipping Costs​

The shipping cost for your order depends on several factors, including the shipping method you choose, the weight and dimensions of the products, and your delivery address.​

2.1 Calculation of Costs​

  • Standard and Express Shipping: Shipping costs for standard and express shipping are calculated based on a combination of the product weight and the distance to your delivery address. A shipping cost estimator is available at the checkout, where you can enter your delivery details to get an accurate quote before finalizing your order.​
  • Freight Shipping: Freight shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the equipment, as well as the complexity of the delivery. For freight – shipped items, our customer service team will contact you after you place your order to provide a detailed shipping quote. This quote will include any additional charges such as lift – gate services if required.​

2.2 Free Shipping​

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions are usually applicable to orders that meet certain criteria, such as a minimum order value. The details of any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on our website and at the checkout.​

3. Shipping Times​

3.1 Processing Time​

Once you place an order, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. 4. Delivery Address​

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Please ensure that the address includes your full name, street address, suburb, state, postcode, and a valid contact number. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you to correct the information. However, if we are unable to reach you or if the address cannot be corrected in a timely manner, your order may be returned to us, and you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the order.​

6. Risk of Loss​

The risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the carrier for shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include arranging for a replacement product or issuing a refund.​

7. International Shipping​

At present, we primarily focus on shipping within Australia. However, in some cases, we may offer international shipping for certain products.
